Jarin has spent the last 8 years working in Montessori education, drawn to it by a deep recognition that Montessori is a holistic practice, one that sees the whole person and honors their natural development. Her background in yoga and Acutonics® Sound Therapy weaves naturally into this work, enriching her perspective and deepening the environments she helps create.

Alex has worked with Montessori Erdkinder communities since 2019, guiding adolescents through purposeful work on the land and in the classroom. Originally from the US, with studies and work across the UK, Sweden, and France, she brings an international perspective to her practice. She is currently establishing a residential Erdkinder community in Southern France.

At the heart of Lola's work is her study of contemplative practices, which she uses to guide adolescents toward success in their studies and social connections. Lola also serves as a Tibetan-French interpreter/translator in the field of Buddhist Philosophy.
