Alex has worked with Montessori Erdkinder communities since 2019, guiding adolescents through purposeful work on the land and in the classroom. Originally from the US, with studies and work across the UK, Sweden, and France, she brings an international perspective to her practice. She is currently establishing a residential Erdkinder community in Southern France.

At the heart of Lola's work is her study of contemplative practices, which she uses to guide adolescents toward success in their studies and social connections. Lola also serves as a Tibetan-French interpreter/translator in the field of Buddhist Philosophy.
